SQUID Cleaning: Keep your SQUID window film in perfect condition and remove stains with ease
SQUID window film maintenance is simple and effortless! Firstly, you don't have to wash the windows anymore where SQUID is installed. Secondly, you don't have to take SQUID to the dry-cleaners (like you have to with curtains).
If case you do have a stain, follow these simple steps to clean SQUID window films.
- Dust Removal: Remove dust and loose dirt from the surface of Squid. Use a feather duster, soft brush, clothes roller, dust cloth or vacuum cleaner.
- Cleaning: Dampen a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge with a mild fabric cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. We recommend the product TMC 520, available in the better DIY stores.
- Drying: Take a dry microfiber cloth and go over the stain again to dry it.
If you have installed SQUID partially over your windows, use a window spray to clean the exposed glass. This will avoid dirty water running into the SQUID while cleaning it.
These simple cleaning steps will preserve the beauty and functionality of Squid window textiles, allowing you to enjoy bright and stylish windows without the hassle.
Keep your windows in top-notch condition!
